Ruben van den Acker

Ruben specializes in corporate tax, international tax law, value-added tax, and Transfer Pricing in connection with multinational corporations, M&A, and international (real estate) funds. His clients range from IT and tech companies to real estate funds and Fortune 500 companies.

Ruben has experience in setting up international (real estate) investment structures as well as handling general tax and compliance matters. He also brings hands-on experience in transactions, including due diligence, SPA drafting, and structuring.

Ruben graduated from the University of Leiden with a double bachelor’s degree in Tax Law and International Business Law, along with a double master’s degree in Tax Law and Corporate Law.

Currently, Ruben is attending the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB) training.
