Christiaan Oudemans

Christiaan is an international tax lawyer with a wide experience in cross-border tax matters. He advises investment funds, multinational and technology companies and clients active in the financial services and real estate industry.

In addition, Christiaan has a focus on the German market. Christiaan has experience in international fund structuring, group restructurings, real estate planning, financing and ruling negotiations. Christiaan previously worked at Baker McKenzie and Meijburg & Co in Amsterdam and Frankfurt.

Christiaan graduated from the University of Amsterdam with degrees in Tax Law and Tax Economics (honours). He also holds an LL.M. in International Taxation from New York University. Christiaan is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
